I would say: canvassing. Why? Because Zensursula blundered already a first time a few months ago and now she has to come up with a ‘new’, ‘smart’ and ‘useful’ idea like: DNS bans.
A new DNS in the DNS configuration files or proxy server are two solutions to bypass the bans. Every guy with a few basics in computer science know these tweaks.
So what now? Nothing. They’ll get banned and after a few minutes respectively hours they are Online under another Domain Name or they’ll explain their users how to bypass the ‘protection’.
Canvassing with the help of violated children: Disgusting. Zensursula is using the pity of a lot of people for her own ‘advertisement’ – another word wouldn’t fit it better. Typical bureaucrats.
Another terrifying issue is the DNS ban of other content as just child pornography. At the very moment when the contract is signed by the companies and the Zensursula, then the German government figured out a way to block legally not just child pornography, but other unsolicited content too. From now on they can say at every time: “We blocked this site, because it was involved in child pornography.”
To put it in a nutshell: She launched this whole unnecessary action for the elections and the blocking of content like “The critical view towards the German governement”.
Conclusion: In six months they will have the possibility to block every website they want with a damn good reason.
Sad world…

P.S.: All respect to the German Chaos Computer Club, because they haven’t give up yet. As me too.
